the dc circuit court of appeals overturned the RIAA's use of subpoena to get file sharer identities before filing lawsuits.

this is a great day for technology and american jurisprudence. thank god the courts are there to stop the stalinistic tactics that the RIAA uses to abuse the rights of americans. -wayne rosso
