i will never super size again

if you haven't already seen it, be sure to check out super size me. i will never eat at mcdonald's again. or at least, not as much.

i found the interweaving of the "just how horrible is fast food" montages with the everday experience of this guy eating egg mcmuffins every morning followed by a big mac for lunch really compelling. and disgusting.

and i will never let my kids eat cafeteria food.
