A Celebration of a Truly Benign Recreational Use of Our Marine Environment
This weekend I went up to Mystic, CT (yes, the home of the pizza) as a spectator at the 13th Annual Coastweeks Regatta. The weather was perfect, and I avoided having to give the extremely over-priced Mystic Seaport any money.
Here is Matt's boat coming in after the race.
In rowing, it seems that you spend a lot of time moving heavy expensive equipment around and then you go up and down a river for a bit and that's about it. I did have some nice New England Chowder.
