What a rip-off

Luckily, I am moving out of my apartment. My tiny 1-bedroom (the kitchen is non-existent) was $795 this year. Next year my landslumlord was planning to charge me $825. I just checked the Yale Off-Campus website and he is listing it for $850. Holy crap, I cannot imagine that anyone would rent this place for that much money. They haven't even turned off the heat yet, and it's mid-may.
