man, i love being right. last night i was discussing al gore's appearence on SNL and his probability of running for prez in 2004 with brandon. i said, "no way in hell is he going to do it, especially after all of the critical remarks he's been making lately." (ok, so maybe i wasn't that sure, but it's a close approximation). well, sure enough, from today's nyt headline, Gore to Announce That He Will Not Run for President in 2004. almost like i willed it to happen. now all we need is a good looking, charismatic young democrat to win over middle america (as in my mother, not el salvador).
