crazy dreams...do they really mean something

my friend described this dream she had the other week:

there was this plastic shower curtain, the kind where you have pockets that hold things, except the pockets were much larger. and in the pockets were all of these dead babies, both newborns and fetuses. my friend's husband was there, and i knew he was in some kind of legal trouble because he had raped all of these dead babies. the thing was, this image was so horrific, but there was something aesthetically beautiful about it.
