Tech Tip of the Week

Somehow, I have become the default IT person in my tiny office. This is totally hilarious, since I really now close to nothing about computers, fax machines, and wireless networking.

However, I did discover a useful strategy. If you google the error message (like "unmountable_boot_volume", just as an example), you find all kinds of people who had the same problem as you and how they fixed it! I have really grown to appreciate all of those tech geeks out there who spend hours writing comments in online computer repair forums.
