OCR wants licensing to remain private
Yale's Office of Cooperative Research requested that its data on liscensing agreements be kept private. Why? "I don't believe the measure of our success should be the royalty dollars brought in," [OCR Managing Director] Soderstrom said. "So this is my little world of protest." Huh? Wasn't the whole point of the study to let people see where this licensing revenue comes from?
